Capsulitis

This is an infLammation of a joint capsule in the arch of the foot. This leads to shooting or nagging pain.
Causes of capsulitis are:

- Wrong way of walking
- Wrong foot-wear
- Overburdening of the feet
- The dissapearing of
- Obesity

Treatment:
When treating capsulitis, one usually turns to correction soles or felt pad therapy in order to relieve the arch of the foot, which gives the joint capsule a chance to recover.
